Marten Brewing Co. is a Craft Beer Micro-Brewery Bar & Grill, rooted in the heart of downtown Vernon BC. At MBC we are stoked to be creating Indy Craft Beer for our district’s locals. Our Brew Masters continually revolve our taps, offering a delicious array of growler fills. These flavourful ferments include; our core beers, variations to our fan favourites, pilot brews and mysterious batches. Also on tap, we pour delicious Kombucha from our sister brewery, UnderGround Beverages. Kombucha is a delicious, non-alcoholic and gluten-free alternative to our craft bevy lineup.

Being the neighbourhood brewery, where our community can fill up their growlers, while they fill their bellies is what gratifies us.

Daily Deals & Happy Hours

Every day we put on a screamin’ daily deal for our colourful crowd. Mac Mondays, Taco Tuesdays, Wing Wednesdays, Wine & Pizza Thursdays and more. Additionally we offer Happy Hour twice every day and All Day Sunday!

Kids Welcome

Minors are allowed into the brewery if they are closely supervised by their parents. Our duty is to ensure that youngsters are accompanied by a guardian. Also, minors are not allowed entrance after 10 pm. Meanwhile, fur babies and alternate non-human family members, unfortunately, are not able to join you in the brewery.

WEDDING Venue and CONVENTIONS

The perfect gathering place! With 3 private areas and a sizeable pub, we are suitable for all styles of party. We’ve hosted stags and stagettes, weddings, business meetings, trivia nights, concerts, fundraisers, birthdays, anniversaries, casual get-togethers, and so much more.

Please keep in mind, if you are planning on dropping in with your party bus, limousines or group of 15 or more, we ask you to call in advance so we can accommodate you properly.

Our Scratch Kitchen

At MBC, we take our artisanal offerings seriously. We hand-craft our burger patties, ale yeast pizza crust, home-cut rustic fries, signature sauces and smoked meats in our scratch kitchen.

We are dedicated to supporting the vitality of our local economy. All of our bread is supplied by a local bakery, our honey and gelato are produced in the valley, 99% of our brewing malt is supplied from Armstrong and the list goes on.

Above all, by joining us at the Marten Brewing, you are helping us support this vision of Okanagan artisanal food and beverage.

Not into BEER?

Not into beer? that’s ok. In addition to in-house brewed Craft Beer and Kombucha we also have a full, VQA wine list, top-shelf scotches, full cocktail bar, delicious coffee and tea. In other words, just because you don’t love a flavourful, fresh craft beer doesn’t mean we can’t spend some quality time together.

We recently hosted the BC Co-op Association in the Brewmaster room. The room was prepped upon arrival, the food and drinks were delicious, and the service was excellent! I would highly recommend considering Marten Brewing Co. for your next event.

The food is decent but I consistently feel like my dollar buys less and less, especially at places like this. This isn't fine dining by any means, but they charge $16 for two tacos and the meat is almost nonexistent. For how small the portions are I would expect at least 3 tacos, but more like 4 would be fair value... I used to like this restaurant but the cost is increasingly out to lunch. Blame whatever you like, the value just isnt here. Sign of the times I guess.
